Returns & Exchanges:
We care about your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Please note, Jade is a delicate natural stone. While all our pieces are authentic Grade A jade, jade may fracture if dropped or impacted. Traditionally, it is believed that once jade breaks, it has fulfilled its purpose.
All Jade Origins jewelry is made from genuine jade, a natural stone known for its beauty and rarity. Despite its durability, jade may break if dropped or subjected to impact. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with its natural properties.
Each piece is one-of-a-kind. Variations in color, texture, and carving are natural, so your pendant may differ slightly from the images, making it uniquely yours.
Return Eligibility:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition
Items must be returned in their original packaging
Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items:
Broken or damaged jade cannot be returned after 30 days.
To initiate a return, contact us through our website with your order number. Once your return is approved, you will be given instructions for shipping the item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Refunds:
After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Domestic Shipping & Delivery:
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after purchase and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.
Once processed, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the carrier and shipping address. Delivery estimates are provided as a guideline and do not account for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, such as severe weather or carrier issues.
U.S. Shipping:
Flat-rate shipping: $7 per order
Orders typically arrive within 2–3 business days
Orders over $500 may require a signature upon delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.
Order Changes & Cancellations:
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order is placed. If your order has already shipped, we are unable to make changes.
